2. Successors and Assigns (Future-Proofing)
The rights and obligations under these Terms shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the current ownership of Allignetic and its respective successors, permitted assigns, and any future legal entities (including but not limited to an LLC or Corporation) that may assume ownership of the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such transition constitutes acceptance of the transfer of rights to the successor entity.
3. The 30-Day Results Commitment
While most creators see results within 30 days of deployment, individual success is dependent on audience engagement, niche market conditions, and the consistent implementation of our strategic maps.
4. Advanced Premium AI Disclosure
We utilize Advanced Premium AI systems to ensure your products are engineered at a PhD level of depth. These systems are tools used by our expert consultants to synthesize knowledge; the final authority and brand voice remain a collaborative effort between Allignetic and the Creator.
5. Payment Processing & Automated Revenue Splitting
To ensure institutional-grade financial security, Allignetic utilizes the Whop Financial Operating System and its global partners (including Stripe) for secure payment processing and precision-automated revenue splitting.
- Third-Party Platforms: You are responsible for maintaining the security of any accounts created on Whop.com.
- Authorization: By purchasing, you authorize our processors to store your payment information and execute any agreed-upon revenue splits automatically.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Creator owns the final digital products (e-guides, courses). Allignetic retains ownership of its proprietary behavioral science frameworks and Advanced Premium AI processes.
7. Privacy & Data Collection
To perform our "Alignment Audits," we collect your name, email, social handles, and audience metrics.
- Usage: We use this data only to align your content with audience interests.
- Protection: We do not sell your audience data. It is processed through professional partners: Whop, Flozy, Calendly, and Netlify.
8. Limitation of Liability
Allignetic provides strategic guidance and digital assets. We are not responsible for platform-specific algorithmic changes or independent business decisions made by the Creator.
9. Third-Party Technology & Licensing Disclosure
Allignetic utilizes Advanced Premium AI systems and proprietary software licensed from third-party vendors to deliver our services.
- Licensing Status: Allignetic maintains valid, active licenses for all intelligence systems used to compile PhD-level digital assets.
- Service Continuity: We are not responsible for service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or modifications to the underlying technology caused by these third-party providers.
- Sub-Contracted Intelligence: You acknowledge that while Allignetic engineers the final product, the foundational intelligence is provided by external high-fidelity systems.
10. Accuracy of AI-Generated Content
While our systems are designed for maximum precision and PhD-level authority, the Creator is responsible for the final review of all digital products and social media guidemaps. Allignetic does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of data points generated by third-party AI systems and provides them "as-is" for strategic guidance.
